Underarm body odor is the unpleasant smell coming out of the underarms or armpits. Most of the time teenagers had this kind of odors.
Water treatments
1. Daily bath with a clean change of clothing, including all underwear.
2. Change clothes every time they get wet with perspiration. Better yet, take a bath with every change of clothing, if possible.
3. Drink at least 6 glasses of water during waking hours.
4. Avoid spicy foods. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables.
5. Apply deodorant on the armpit every after bath and as necessary.
Dandruffs are scales of greasy keratotic material shed from the scalp.
Water treatments1. Wash hair 2 times a week using gugo shampoo or commercial shampoo for dry hair.
2. Comb and massage head very well after every shampoo.
3. Apply fresh coconut oil to the head and hair once a week, one hour before shampoo. Massage the oil on the scalp. Leave oil for 10 minutes. Better yet, leave it overnight before shampoo.
4. As hair conditioner, put ½ cup vinegar into one galloon water and use this to rinse hair after shampoo.
Mumps is an acute communicable viral disease with a painful enlargement of the salivary glands, frequently invading other tissues like the testes, pancreas and meninges.
Water treatment
1. Cold compress directly on the salivary glands for 30 minutes, 3 times a day.
2. Ice pack on the swollen glands for 30 minutes, 3 times a day. Apply the icepack over the glands, just below the ears.
3. Fever sponge bath for fever.
4. Cold compress on the forehead for headache and fever.
5. Complete bed rest, especially for male adults. Sterility is one of the complications of mumps in male adults.
